KIPP San Antonio invites you to a VIP reception and advance screening of WAITING FOR “SUPERMAN”, directed by Academy Award® winner Davis Guggenheim ("An Inconvenient Truth").  The film examines the crisis in public education in the U.S. through multiple interlocking stories.

 

One of these stories follows Daisy, a rising 5th grader, on her path to enter a KIPP school.  The movie is sparking a national conversation on education reform, and KIPP San Antonio students make a cameo appearance in the film!
