EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM
KIPP San Antonio needs your help finding exceptional teachers who have achieved dramatic results with their students. We are looking for individuals from all backgrounds who believe in KIPP's mission to create change in underserved communities and who have the potential to excel within our network of schools.

Here's how the program works:

Ask permission of the person that you would like to refer for a position in order to confirm their interest and so that you can submit their contact information to KIPP San Antonio.
Read the program rules of the “Employee Referral Program” below and be sure to follow every step.
Complete and submit the referral form, leaving no blanks.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your referral was successfully submitted.
Referral Raffle: If we hire the Teacher you referred, your name will be submitted into a raffle pool drawings and winners will be announced Summer 2012.
