Candidate Application & Selection Process Overview:

KIPP San Antonio follows a selection process that uses multiple steps to help us learn as much as we can about candidates.  This process includes phone screens, interviews, selection events, reference checks, and sample lessons.  All applications must be submitted online through KIPP San Antonio's website (www.kippsa.org/join).  Once candidates apply, they will receive a response within 48 hours to continue the selection process.

*In some cases, the process may take longer than 3 weeks before an offer is extended.  In such cases, KIPP San Antonio will openly communicate with applicants whose timeframe may be modified.
