Lottery Application Form

There are four different ways that you can enter our lottery.  

  1. Complete the online application form below.
  2. Download and print a paper application (Spanish version is here), fill it out and bring it to one of our school offices.
  3. Visit one of our school offices and fill out an application.
  4. Attend one of our parent information meetings and fill out an application.

Enrollment in KIPP San Antonio schools is done by a public lottery.  Completion of this form DOES NOT imply that the student is enrolled - this form is only for entry into the lottery.
