Enroll.
KIPP San Antonio’s schools are free, public schools open to all students who are going into 5th – 10th grade. There is no test to get in and there is no tuition. Priority for admission is given to those students who live inside Loop 410 and not in Alamo Heights ISD or on military bases.
KIPP San Antonio schools are designed to create opportunities for students from educationally underserved backgrounds to go to top quality colleges and have success! The learning environment is challenging, fun, and rewarding.
KIPP San Antonio has some differences that enable us to have great success:
- Students, parents, and teachers sign the Commitment to Excellence
- Students have a longer school day, week and year
- Students have 90 minutes of homework each night
- Teachers carry cell phones and students can call them for help with the homework in the evenings and weekends
- Students have many opportunities to participate in enrichment and extracurricular activities
- Students must earn their uniforms each year
There are limited spaces available for our two middle schools and one high school. To enter our student lottery, please click here.
